Foil-Baked Cod with Lemon and Dill
Ingredients
- 1 lb of cod filets, more or less as desired
- 2 tablespoons of butter, diced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 tablespoons of dill, chopped
- aluminum foil
Instructions
- Pat the cod dry and season with a pinch of salt and cut into 2 equal portions
- Make 2 aluminum foil boat sand place each piece in a boat
- Top each piece of cod with a tablespoon of butter and a tablespoon of dill
- Put the lemon slices on top and fold and seal the foil boats
- I usually place them on a preheated grill for about 20 – 25 minutes. You can also put them on a baking sheet and bake in a 425℉ oven for 20 – 25 mins
