1lbof cod filets,more or less as desired
2tablespoonsof butter,diced
1lemon,sliced
2tablespoonsof dill,chopped

Pat the cod dry and season with a pinch of salt and cut into 2 equal portions
Make 2 aluminum foil boat sand place each piece in a boat
Top each piece of cod with a tablespoon of butter and a tablespoon of dill
Put the lemon slices on top and fold and seal the foil boats
I usually place them on a preheated grill for about 20 – 25 minutes. You can also put them on a baking sheet and bake in a 425℉ oven for 20 – 25 mins
