Korean beef is one of those flavors that feels bold and comforting at the same time—savory, slightly sweet, and packed with warmth from ginger and garlic. This version keeps things simple and light, using lean ground beef and a quick sauce that builds flavor without weighing the dish down.

By cooking the vegetables separately and simmering the beef briefly in the sauce, you get clean flavors and better texture. It’s fast, flexible, and perfect for nights when you want something satisfying without a lot of prep or cleanup.
