15-Minute Ground Turkey Veggie Stir-Fry
Ingredients
- ¼ lb 99% lean ground turkey
- 4 oz Asian vegetable mix, Cabbage, carrots, kale
- 2 tsp olive oil
- ½ garlic clove, minced
- 1 ½ tsp ginger, minced
- 1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- 1 ½ tsp rice vinegar
Instructions
