Ingredients
- 4 Italian sausages, sweet or hot
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoon olive oil, divided
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- salt and black pepper
- 5 oz plain Greek yogurt, 1 small container
- juice of ½ lemon
- 1 garlic clove, finely minced or grated
