Meatloaf is one of those dishes that feels like home—simple, familiar, and deeply comforting. This meatloaf for two keeps everything you love about the classic while scaling it down just enough to make sense for a smaller table. No leftovers for days, no extra steps—just a tender, flavorful loaf with a tangy ketchup glaze baked until perfectly juicy.

What makes this version work is restraint. A handful of pantry staples, a single bowl, and a quick bake time make this a weeknight-friendly comfort meal. The Worcestershire adds depth, the onion keeps things moist, and the breadcrumb-and-egg combo gives you that classic meatloaf texture without being heavy.
