½poundground meat,(beef, turkey, meatloaf mix)
1egg
¼cuponion minced
1/3cupbreadcrumbs
2tablespoonsketchup
1tablespoonWorcestershire divided
¼teaspoongarlic powder
¼teaspoonmarjoram,optional

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Add the meat into a bowl. Break up into chunks and add salt, pepper, and garlic powder
Mince the onion and toss into the bowl
Add the ketchup and Worcestershire
In a small bowl, lightly beat the egg and mix into the ground beef mixture
Pour in the breadcrumbs
Use a wooden spoon to get everything mixed up nicely. Compress into a big ball.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and plop the meatloaf onto the lined baking sheet and mold the meatloaf into a rectangular loaf
In a small bowl mix together 2 tablespoons of the ketchup and 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce and spread over the top
Put the meatloaf into the oven and bake for about 35 – 45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees
