Ingredients

  • ¼ lb 99% lean ground turkey
  • 4 oz Asian vegetable mix, Cabbage, carrots, kale
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • ½ garlic clove, minced
  • 1 ½ tsp ginger, minced
  • 1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 ½ tsp rice vinegar

Instructions

  1. Use a pan and heat olive oil on medium heat
  2. Add ground turkey, ginger and garlic
  3. Cook for 8 – 10 minutes
  4. Add veggies and cook for 5 minutes
  5. Add soy sauce and rice vinegar
  6. Cook for 1 minute and serve
