This vegetable cream cheese is a fresh, savory spread packed with finely chopped vegetables and just enough garlic and heat to keep things interesting. Creamy cream cheese is blended with carrots, scallions, radish, celery, and a touch of hot sauce, then rested to let the flavors fully meld. It’s simple, versatile, and perfect for bagels, toast, crackers, or a platter of crisp vegetables.
Place the cheese in the mixer or food processor, at medium speed and blend cheese to a creamy stage. Add additional ingredients and blend on low till fully mixed.
Scrape out of mixer bowl with a spatula and store in a covered bowl in refrigerator for 24 hours for the flavors to mingle.
Serve on toasted bagels, toast, with crudites or crackers, etc.
Notes
I generally use 1 carrot, 1 celery, 1 radish, and 2 scallions. Makes things even easier
