10ozboneless skinless chicken breast,chopped
2tspsesame oil, divided
1garlic clove,minced
2tbsppeanuts,chopped
1green onion,chopped
1/2tspginger,minced
1celery rib,chopped
1/2red pepper. chopped
1tbsplow sodium soy sauce
2/1/2tspsriracha
1 1/2tsphoney

Use 1 tsp sesame oil in a pan
Add chicken and brown, about 5 minutes
Add ginger & garlic, cook for 2 – 3 minutes more
Remove and set aside
Add 1 tsp sesame oil to the pan
Cook the celery and red pepper for 5 minutes
In a small bowl mix sriracha, soy, honey and pepper
Add the chicken to the pan and mix it with the sauce and peanuts
Cook for 1 – 2 minutes. Top with green onions and serve
