Heat oven to 350 degrees
Grease a 12x8” baking dish or shallow 2 quart casserole pan
Place ham, cheese, onion, and green pepper on the bottom of the greased pan
In a large bowl, combine bisquick, salt pepper, milk and eggs and beat well
Pour over ham mixture
Bake at 350 for 50 to 60 minutes until golden brown and the center is done
